A: No. The closest ramps are at Breezy Point and Solomons.

Q: Do you sell gas and diesel?

A: We sell gas, but not diesel.

Q: What is the depth of the channel & in the slips?

A: The channel is dredged each spring to a minimum of 7 feet. Current channel conditions are listed on the website. The slips vary, but generally are at least 6 feet.

Q: Do you have slips for rent/sale? If so, how much?

A: Yes! A list of available slips are on the website and posted on the bulletin board outside of the condo office. The rent or purchase of a slip has to be negotiated with the slip owner.

Q: Do you allow live-aboards?

A: Yes, but the condo office should be notified.

Q: Do you rent your pavilian/pool for parties?

A: We do not allow private use of the pool for parties. However, slip owners may rent the pavilion. Requests must be submitted to the office using the Pavilion Rental Form.

Q: Can I get a pass for the beach?

A: Yes. Passes for owners and renters are available at the condo office.
