Flag Harbor Yacht Haven is a safe and secure marina located on the Chesapeake Bay in Saint Leonard, MD. It is a condominium marina with 168 slips varying in size from 30-50 feet. Amenities include heated /air conditioned bathrooms/showers, a swimming pool, a covered picnic pavilion with grills, a fish cleaning station, a dinghy dock with storage area and an on-site Marine Service. The condo association hosts 2 major social events during the year, an Oyster Feast in March and a Crab Feast in August. The marina is in a great location for sailing, cruising or fishing - 32 miles south of Annapolis, 15 miles north of Solomons Island, 20 miles west of Oxford and minutes away from Parkers Creek and the Power Plant/Gas docks - some of the best fishing grounds on the Bay.

Slips are available for both sale and rent. Accommodations can be made for vessels caught in unexpected weather or experiencing mechanical problems on an emergency basis. Gas pumps and a pump-out station are available at the Marine Service. The marina and marine service are committed to minimizing pollution in the Bay and Flag Harbor is a certified Clean Marina.

The marina is operated by an elected 6 member Board of Directors who establish the budget and marina operating policy in accordance with the Flag Harbor Condominium Association By-Laws.

Picnic Pavilion

The covered picnic pavilion and grills are available to Flag Harbor members/renters and their guests at any time unless reserved for special social events. The pavilion is used for FHCA social events and may be reserved by Flag Harbor members (slip owners only) for private parties. A request form must be filled out, given to the office, and approval received prior to the event.

Pavilion Rules

• Guests must follow the general rules of the marina and pool posted on the bulletin board.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times!
• No underage use of alcoholic beverages.
• Areas must be left clean, all trash containers emptied in dumpster, trash removed from floors.
• Grill fires must be extinguished and charcoal/ashes properly disposed of.
• Music must be kept at a minimal volume.
• No pets.
  
  

Swimming Pool

The pool is open every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 12:00pm to 7:00pm, weather permitting. A pool pass is required and may be obtained from the office. Pool Passes are for Flag Harbor members/renters and their guests. A Season Pass is $10.00 per person, a one day guest pass is $2.00 per person. Bathrooms with showers are adjacent to the pool.

Pool Rules

• Pool passes must be shown prior to entry.
• Use of the pool is prohibited when no Lifeguard is present.
• Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at ALL times!
• No running, pushing, or rough housing.
• No glass, bottles, containers, etc in pool area.
• No underage use of alcoholic beverages.
• Areas must be left clean after use.
• No pets in pool area.
• Guests must follow the general rules of the marina and pool posted on the bulletin board.
