Its Time to Winterize

Winter is here and freezing temperatures have followed. If you have not winterized your boat's engine and water systems, it is time to do it. It has been noted that several boats in the harbor have had leaves build up in their cockpits to the point where the drains are plugged. Carried to the extreme this condition can sink a boat. It is also a good idea to check your mooring lines for chafe and tensioning. Winter season has some extreme high and low tides.
